Prenatal yoga provides an opportunity to support your body through movement and breath. Classes focus on postures that relieve anxiety, encourage relaxation and strength, and prepare you for your birth. Baby yoga gives you the opportunity to bond with your little one and connect with your postpartum body after the birth of your child.
Prenatal classes are currently offered at Blooma St. Paul every Saturday at 8:30am
Childbirth education is a powerful way to set you and your support person up for success as you welcome your little one. Classes are rooted in evidence-based research and present information on normal and safe birth as covered in Lamaze’s Healthy Birth Practices. Courses cover the natural rhythm of labor, comfort measures, interventions and medications, breastfeeding and more. Offered in either a 4 week series or full day express class at Blooma.
*In an effort to support birthing persons and families with different needs I work with you to create a package that fits your interests. Payment plans are available and credit cards, HSAs, price reduction inquiries and barter/trades are accepted. Everyone deserves the chance to be supported and if Doula Minnesota’s packages are not a good fit I will work to find another that is.
